mr. romney, the kennedys are not in public service to make money. we have paid too high price in our commitment to the public services. >> alan schroeder, a lot to look at in that debate back and forth between mitt romney and ted kennedy. both are talking points. >> absolutely. romney, it is kind of interesting. there is something he is doing very well as something he is doing wrong. the thing he is doing well is he is not the least bit intimidated by the stature of senator kennedy. he is getting as good as he gets. here -- there is not a hint of nervousness. on the other hand, what seems to have him exercised in this clip is that he personally was being attacked in those ads. that is what has upset. kennedy turns that around and says, wait a minute, why did he not ask me something about the needs of the voters? it is a bunch of me, me, me. at mehing that jumps out of m is kennedy has that line of what you told your fund-raisers and what you said on national television, which is exactly the issue that got him in trouble with the tape of the 47%. >>
